We understand that sometimes something doesn’t work out and you need your money back. We’ll give you a full refund via the original payment method (not including the cost of the shipping) if you return an item for a refund within 14 days of it being delivered to you or available for pickup.

After the applicable returns period, we do not accept returns for unwanted items.

Gerry McGuires’ reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.

Yes! Gift Cards can be purchased online by clicking Gift Cards. Gift cards can be used in-store or online, depending on your preferences. Remember that you may always obtain a Store Gift Card from one of our Gerry McGuires stores in Castlebar or Ballina.

Visa, MasterCard, VISA Credit Card, PayPal (online only), cash (in-store only), and Apple Pay are all acceptable ways of payment. 

We will dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving it. On the odd occasion that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will personally contact you to let you know when it will be available. If you later decide not to proceed with your order, we will cancel it and offer a full refund.

An Post is the method that we employ. All of our deliveries go through www.anpost.ie.

A signature will be required upon delivery if we use a courier firm. An Post will leave a calling card if you are not at home when your products are delivered.

EU and Europe – Andorra, Norway, and Switzerland; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Australia, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand make up the rest of the world.

Please be aware that if your order is being delivered outside of the European Union, you may be responsible for paying local import duties and sales taxes when you receive your package. The local government of the country in question is liable for these costs, which vary by country.
