We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14-days of purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card on online purchases once the items are received and processed.
Items returned to us after the 14-day grace period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Gerry McGuire’s, and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.
Please understand that, just to be fair about it, items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition.
Gerry McGuire’s reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as ‘faulty’ or as a result of our error. We will inspect all items returned to us as ‘faulty’, and any items deemed to be subject to fair ‘wear and tear’ will not be accepted as ‘faulty’.
Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use a reputable courier service or choose the registered post option from An Post.

We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you of the expected delivery date. We use An Post. www.anpost.ie for all of our deliveries.
Where we use a courier company, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your purchases are being delivered, the An Post will leave you a calling card.

Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery. These charges vary by country, as the local government of the country in question is responsible for these.
Delivery times will normally be up to 2 days for delivery to Republic of Ireland and up to 7 days for all other countries.
Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our courier service. Therefore, all orders placed from midday Thursday or from Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday. Anything ordered from midday Friday up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
